Club summary – The Morwell Cougars Baseball Club in recent years has undergone a significant change to involve more families into its club. The club holds weekly training sessions with its senior players teaching the juniors not only how to play but the importance of playing fairly and having fun at the same time. The Morwell Baseball Club has introduced family activities at mid points throughout the year so a bond can be made between the families and players associated with the club.

New players, either senior or junior are warmly welcome to attend training sessions or to contact the club if they are interested in playing. You don’t need to have played before, as we can give you the skills to participate, the fun is up to you. This is a great family sport and we have many families that have children playing in the morning and their parents in the afternoon. Remember that Baseball is open to all ages, males and females and we have teams playing in many grades that you could slot into. If you are not wanting to play, we are always after people to help around the club or on the day to make the day a success for all concerned.
